AS BOARD MEMBERS OF RAHWAY FOOD FOR FRIENDS WE AIM TO KEEP THE MISSION TRUE.  "To feed hungry people via food distributions on a monthly and emergency basis. To operate a weekly soup kitchen, to feed the hungry, homeless, and needy families and to provide educational information on nutrition and social services, public assistance, etc. through literature and referrals."

MAINTAINING HIGH LEVELS OF TRANSPARENCY AND ACCOUNTABILITY ARE THE KEY COMPONENTS TO KEEPING THE DAY TO DAY OPERATIONS IN TACT. 

EACH MEMBER OF OUR BOARD MAINTAINS HIGH STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONALISM,  COMPLIANCE, INTEGRITY AND OPEN MINDEDNESS WHEN APPROACHING THE CURRENT DEMANDS FOR CONTINUITY AND SUSTAINABILITY. 

 THE CAUSE IS  NOBLE AT RAHWAY FOOD FOR FRIENDS AND THE PEOPLE IN NEED ARE WHAT KEEP US HUMBLE, ACTIVE AND ENGAGED.  AS BOARD MEMBERS WE PAY OUR DUES BUT SERVING OTHERS, THIS IS THE  GREATER REWARD  ULTIMATELY.  - THE RAHWAY FOOD FOR FRIENDS BOARD OF DIRECTORS


 GOAL FOR 2022:

TO PROVIDE QUALITY NUTRITIONAL FOODS.  SERVE WITH DIGNITY, GUIDANCE, AND COMPASSION.   EMPOWERING OUR PATRONS TO COMBAT HEALTH DISPARITIES THROUGH HEALTH AND FOOD EDUCATION.  MAINTAINING VISIBILITY AND CLEAR COMMUNICATION AS A WHOLE. 




Rahway Food For Friends would like to take this opportunity to Thank our Long time Supporter Rahway Savings Investment Bank for their continued support in helping Rahway Food For Friends End Hunger in the community.  The annual sponsorship provides over 800,000 pounds of food to those in need via both Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry feeding programs.
